Walls are going up! The first floor is almost framed. It's starting to look like a house! I think this is the best part of building a house. The framing seems like it goes so quickly and when it's finished it looks like it won't take long for it to be done. But, it's deceiving and I need to remember that. There is still a long way to go.....

The garage is framed and they've started on the second floor.
Saturday we got a porch....and a garage floor....and an audience!
I have to say I really hate concrete days. It's hard work and everyone gets stressed. But when you do it you save yourself a lot of money! That's what we're trying to do. Bob, Aaron and Ryan worked so hard to get the job done....
And in the end...it turned out pretty darn good!
