It's A Wonderful Life

Twenty Wishes. That's the name of the book I've just finished reading. It was about a group of Widows who had gotten together on Valentines Day for a party so they wouldn't have to be alone. They came up with a plan to make a list of "Twenty Wishes" in an effort to change their lives. They chose things like, find one thing to laugh about everyday, buy a pair of red cowboy boots, volunteer, learn how to belly dance, practice a random act of kindness, make a difference in someone's life, or, take a trip to Paris! They had lot's of ideas! They didn't turn them into resolutions, just wishes. That way they didn't have to feel guilty if they didn't do them! Sounded great to me! So, I've decided to come up with Twenty Wishes of my own. I'd like to laugh out loud once a day...I know I don't do that enough. I'd rather go to Italy than France, so I think I'll add that! Don't know if I'll ever get there, but I can wish it! I'm thinking of all kinds of things that might help me learn, grow and have more fun! I think I'm kinda of excited about! Join in, if you'd like....feel free to share some of your wishes...maybe you'll give me some ideas! It could be kinda fun! PS this picture had nothing to do with the book...it just made me smile!
