Yesterday gave me hope that spring was on it's way. The sun was shining and the sky's were blue. I love Tulips...love them! So, when I saw some at the grocery store I had to pick them up. Tulips just add a bit of "sunshine to my soul!"

Baby Ben had a date with his doctor yesterday morning, so I picked Hank and Max up first thing, to spend the day with Papa and I. We made big plans! Hank said, "I don't think we'll be able to do all those things, Nana!" The only thing we didn't get done on our list of things to do was pull weeds in the back yard flower beds. That can be another day. The only time we spent in the house was nap time. The rest of the day we were outside enjoying the sunshine. We went to
McDonalds, got our lunch and
picnicked at the park. We
swung on the swings, played on the toys and slid down the slide. In the afternoon we dug out an old train set from the attic and set it up. Hank didn't like the way it smelled when it blew smoke, so we moved it outside! Then we washed my car! It was dirty from the long winter and it really needed a bath. We all worked on it together. I asked Hank if I could take his picture and he said, "Yes, but I won't smile!" I got one anyway, he just doesn't know it! We watched the squirrels, went to
Walmart and bought sunglasses. We watched Papa build things in the garage and played on the grass. It was just a really fun day.

Very Sweet Momma! You're such a fabulous grammy! Im so jelous that you get to spend so much time with Max and Hank and not with Macie and Hailey! They are some VERY lucky boys to live so close to their Nana G! Love you!;)
