We were beginning to think this day would never come! The siding is pretty much done! We agreed that Bob could only go so high on a ladder to work. After that, it was time to rent a lift. So, today was the day. He finished the peaks on both sides of the house. He'd have had all the flashing done too, if the wind hadn't picked up. Just a smidge left...oh so close! Didn't want him flying out of the "cherry picker" though! All that's left to be done are a few shakes over the garage and the little bit of flashing. Hurray! Siding finished!
Hank and Max came out to go for a ride with Papa....
They all had a great view of our fire from way up there in the sky! Have to document building our house while a forest fire is raging just across the road!
