We've bought ourselves some land!  Now what have we gone and done?  Are, we excited?  Yes we are!  Are we nervous?  Yes, we are!  Are we crazy....probably.  Moving to Utah has been good.  Not great yet, but good.  We love being here.  Being with not only Aaron and his family, but with so many other family members and friends.  It doesn't feel like we are "strangers in a strange land."

But, Our house hunting experience has been depressing...hopeless...discouraging...etc..etc..etc!  We've searched and searched and have come up with nothing.  The kids have laughed at us, they've become sick of our whinning and tired of our complaints!  WE've even become sick of ourselves!  So, we've decided to do what we enjoy.  We're going to build.  It's going to be hard.  It's going to take a long time, but we're going to do it.  This way we'll get exactly what we want. We have decided on a house plan.  I will have a basement for my family and Bob will get his shop.  It'll be great.....when it's done....a long, long time from now!  We've bought a half acre of land in Eagle Mountain.  It's about 15 miles away from Aaron's...a straight shot across the valley.  The development is called "Sage Valley."  The name describes it perfectly.  Not exactly Washington.  Not at all.  Pretty views though.  Utah views, not Washington views.  Got to get used to that.  But, fewer people and more space.  That's what we wanted, that's what we got...

......We'll be planting a lot of trees!

All those views make me homesick for Utah! What a fun adventure and your floorplan looks awesome! We head to Utah a lot, so hopefully we can catch up next time we're there.
