Saturday, is a special day, it's the day..... the Grover's work, work and work! Always been that way, always will be that way. But today we did it with little helpers and it was great! We were quite a team.
There was bark to be spread......lawns to be mowed......
Cars to be washed......
bunk beds to be made.....
and, Mr. Ben Z was busy all day acting as our Supervisor. Making sure we all stayed on task and got our jobs done! Everyone worked really hard and we accomplished everything we'd planned. Not one of us slowed down one bit until everything was cleaned up and put away. Then we had waffles for dinner, took baths and settled down together for a little Calliou! We cozied up with the snuggy and had some good snuggling time. Great way to spend the day...now we're ready for bed. It's going to feel good!
We thought another bird had made a birds nest in one of the birdhouses on our front porch. The bird kept flying out of the plant that is sitting by the front door. Today I got the idea that maybe the reason the bird kept flying out of the plant was because that was where it had built it's nest....sure enough...there it was! A perfect little nest with 4 perfect little eggs right in the middle of my potted plant! What's up with all these birds and their nests in our yard? Hope the cat stays away from this one!
